How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at info@sewolive.com for more information on returning an item. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within the first 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.  We will also be glad to exchange damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to reject any return if the condition of the returned item is clearly different and/or unsellable based on the condition when the product was sent. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise. A refund will be issues within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
